Things to do in Summit County - Ski rentals
As the snow begins to fall (and stick!) the resorts are looking to start spinning chairs any day now.
Arapahoe Basin is typically one of the first resorts to start the season but, Keystone, with its state of the art snow guns, are planning to beat them to the punch. These guns have self-contained weather systems allowing them to turn on automatically once the temperature reaches below a certain point. Couple that with some new capital investments including a new and improved Peru Express Lift and plans for lift-served access to Bergman and Erickson Bowls, Keystone is aiming to be the go-to resort in Summit County. Don't forget that Summit County is home to 5 world-class ski resorts so if Keystone or A-Basin isn't your jam then look to Breckenridge, Loveland Basin and local favorite Copper Mountain!
